We are seeking a Director of Photography who can shoot, light, and visually execute campaigns for growth-stage consumer brands. This is a hands-on DP role, not a Creative Director or traditional Producer role.
You will be responsible for owning the visual quality of shoots—from camera and lighting decisions through execution on set—and, in some cases, delivering first-pass edits to establish the visual standard.
If you love shooting, building cinematic systems, and working with brands in sports, fitness, and consumer goods—this role is for you.

🎥 On-Set & Visual Execution (Primary)
- Serve as Director of Photography on brand campaigns, social shoots, and content sprints
- Own camera operation, lenses, lighting, framing, movement, and exposure
- Translate creative direction into clear visual language
- Make real-time decisions on set to maximize shot quality and efficiency
- Maintain a consistent visual standard across shoots and editors
đź› Pre-Production (Supporting, Not Producing)
- Collaborate with creative + ops on:
- Shot lists
- Visual references
- Camera & lighting approach
- Provide technical input on:
- Locations
- Lighting conditions
- Gear needs
- Help ensure shoots are realistically scoped from a DP standpoint
✂️ Post-Production (Optional but Valuable)
- Deliver V1 edits or visual assemblies for select projects
- Establish pacing, tone, and look for other editors to follow
- Collaborate with editors to ensure final output matches on-set intent
🌍 Travel & Production
- Travel to shoots domestically (and occasionally internationally)
- Work in fast-paced environments with small, efficient crews
- Adapt to different locations, lighting conditions, and production scales

Marketing examines works in content sprints both with our clients and our internal media. We break projects down into 30 to 45 day sprint cycles, create playbooks that start with high-level strategy and eventually turn into full-fledged pre-production materials that we then lead through execution.
